Dear Applebee’s Franchise Leaders,
We would like to inform you about an upcoming change regarding the products listed on the Alco Products Applebee’s specific website. We have identified that some of our offerings are no longer accurate or current, which does not align with Alco Products’ standards.
To address this issue, we are collaborating with the corporate Applebee’s team to ensure that our products are updated and reflect our commitment to quality. Please be advised that while we are working diligently to implement these changes, it may take some time, and it’s possible that not all items that have been previously provided to you will be approved.
As part of this collaboration, we are also instituting a new process to ensure that the items we offer to the Applebee’s community are accurate and approved by the Applebee’s corporate team. If you require an item that is no longer available on our website, please:
1) Reach out to your franchise point of contact for ALCO directly to submit the request.
2) If they are aligned with the request, they will contact Deirdre.pickett@applebees.com for approval.
3) If the new materials require copyright source material, then Dee will provide that content to us at Alco.
4) Applebee’s corporate will then have a chance to review final assets before they are available for purchase.
We appreciate your understanding, as this may also take some time, and we assure you that we are committed to meeting your needs effectively.
Additionally, to enhance our service and ensure our materials are accurate, Alco Products will only accept product updates directly from Applebee’s corporate. We will no longer accept Applebee’s proprietary content, such as chart packages, brand standards manuals, job aids, or posters directly from franchisees contacts, even if we have done so in the past.
