Set of four monitor reminders, one for each prep station (Fry, Mid, Broil, & Server)
Each Reminder Stript is 2″Hx12″W and comes with velcro tabs on the back for easy mounting to the bottom of a prep station monitor.
Use these to focus on specific AVT improvement opportunities on a station by station basis.
The Reminder Strips are Dry Erase for easy updating. Velcro tabs mean they can be taken down, placed on a desk, updated, and then returned to each monitor. Use them to coach your team members and get them involved.
